How to prepare an invoice Just an Example

If you are contracting and using a limited company as your payment structure you will need to raise invoices for the services you provide.

This article explains how to prepare one with an example, together with links to invoice templates in Word and Excel format.

Invoice Requirements

Company details:

The following should be included:

Company name
Company address
Company telephone number and email address.
Company number
VAT registration number (if VAT registered)

Invoice number:

Each of your invoices should have a unique invoice number. Although is called a number it can include letters. A common method is to prefix invoices with letters that indicate the client.

For example: If you provided services for IBM and the BBC, for IBM you could use IBM001 and IBM002, etc. For the BBC you could use BBC001 and BBC002.

Using three placements for the numbers will ensure they sort in date order.

Dates:

You should include the following dates:

Date: the date the invoice was raised.
Due date: the date by which payment should be made. Normally 30 days after the invoice date.

Client details:

The name of the agency, or client if contracting directly. this is just a Example make sure accuracy before preparing one Gud luck.

Okay so today the ASX200 traded lower closing at 4833.3.

Just to recap that the index is expected to rise above 4881 and then fall through a trapdoor at the 4881 level as the trend position is that the index established a resistance point at 4637 and is now trading counter to that. for more Click here

A decision was taken recently to actively trade the S&P/ASX 200 Index in Australia. This blog is to record the trading exploits.

Currently it has been established that the S&P/ASX 200 Index found resistance at 4637 on 14th December 2009.

However on the 22nd of December the S&P/ASX 200 started a countertrend move when it rose through the 4646 level. This countertrend move is expected to complete at a point above 4881.
